Your digital projects, from design to operations.

Our experts steer AI to build your project inside VTS Factory, our proprietary engineering framework. Then VTS OS, our operating system for AI agents, keeps it running and evolving in production, 24/7.

The VTS EngineTwo ways in: for a complex task, an engineer analyzes the need and writes the specifications; for a simple task, VTS OS picks it up directly. Both lead into VTS Factory, where the agents write the code, the tests and the documentation. Validation adapts to the risk; an engineer validates what needs it. In production, VTS OS keeps your project evolving.SIMPLETASKSCOMPLEXTASKSVTS FACTORYCODETESTSDOCSVALIDATIONVTS OSYOUR PROJECTONLINE

AI works with our engineers, never instead of them.

Our engineers scope, decide and validate. VTS Factory structures the agents’ work: project context, engineering rules, breakdown by domain, execution and verification.

VTS FactoryA specification validated by an engineer enters VTS Factory. It passes through the rules: architecture, conventions, security, documentation. The work is split by domain: the backend first, then web and mobile in parallel. Tests verify the task; when one fails, it goes back to the domain concerned. An engineer then validates the version.SPECIFICATION1234SCOPE VALIDATEDVTS FACTORYRULESArchitectureConventionsSecurityDocumentationBACKENDWEBMOBILETESTSCONFORMANCEUNITINJECTED FAULTREGRESSIONEXPERT VALIDATIONVALIDATED VERSION

Project loops

Design and build your project

  • Team and pace known upfront
  • One validated version per loop
  • A pace you can adjust at every loop

Project loops: cycles of 1 or 2 weeks.

Our delivery method, which keeps your project grounded in reality.

  1. 01 Monday

    Loop kick-off

1 to 2 hours together to lock in the loop’s priorities.

  2. 02 Project tool

    Shared roadmap

Each priority becomes a ticket, visible to everyone.

  3. 03 Staging

    Build & ship

We build and ship to staging, continuously.

  4. 04 Acceptance

    You approve

You test in staging and give the green light.

Next loop

Each loop ends with a version that is delivered, tested and approved. Remaining priorities move to the next loop.

Continuously

A shared Slack channel: a question, some feedback, we talk in real time, without waiting for the next loop.

  1. VTS OS Your project is live. It keeps evolving.

Fixes, enhancements, errors in production: our AI agents handle them, each in its own role.

  2. MaxDevelopment agentOnline

You write the ticket. Max delivers the change.

Max handles your fixes and small enhancements 24/7, from your issue tracker all the way to Git. Depending on the risk level, changes can be delivered automatically or submitted to an engineer for approval.

He codes and tests in VTS Factory, on an isolated copy.

  3. Risk decides.

Calculated on the change itself, never on the agent’s opinion.

    • Low risk: deployed automatically.
    • High risk: reviewed by an engineer before deployment.
  4. LivOperations agentMonitoring 24/7

An error in production? Liv spots it, Max fixes it.

Liv monitors your application in production and detects errors, day and night. She hands incidents over to Max, who analyzes their cause and works on resolving them.

The fix follows the same rule: risk decides.

  5. TomCybersecurity agentComing soon

Your security, put to the test. Coming soon with Tom.

Tom, our cybersecurity agent, will test how robust your applications are.

  6. VTS OS, our AI agent operating system.

VTS OS keeps your project running and evolving in production.

Pick your agents à la carte. Available 24/7, they work with our engineers, inside VTS Factory.

The result
Processing time cut tenfold, and widespread adoption across teams.

The questions we’re asked before we start.

How does working with VTS start?

With a 30-minute call to understand your context and what’s at stake. If we’re the right team, a short scoping phase, from a few days to a few weeks depending on the subject, leads to a first plan and an estimate. You can stop there, with deliverables you can use.

Our idea isn’t clearly defined yet. Can you start from there?

Yes, that’s what scoping is for. Together, we pin down who the project is for, what to do first and what can wait. Everything is written down: goals, users, scope, risks and success criteria.

Can you take over an existing application?

Yes. After assessing its condition and its needs, we can evolve it, add features, improve how it works or take care of its maintenance.

Do we need a tech team on our side?

No, we take care of all the technical work. You do need one person who makes the decisions: they set the priorities and approve what is delivered. If you already have a team, our engineers can also join it, under the direction of your technical lead.

Who sets the priorities, and what happens if they change?

You do. We work in project loops, cycles of 1 or 2 weeks. At the start of each loop, we decide with you what goes into it. A new request that comes up along the way moves to the next loop: your priorities can change with every loop, without disrupting the one in progress.

How much does a project cost?

It depends on the project, which is why we don’t publish prices. Scoping leads to an estimate. After that, each loop has a fixed price, known before it starts, and you can increase or reduce the pace, and therefore the budget, at the end of each loop. To extend a team, the budget depends on the profiles and the duration.

How soon will we have a first version?

It depends on what it needs to include, and scoping lets us estimate it. Each loop ends with a version you test: you see your project move forward from the very first loop.

Who takes care of our project once it’s live?

We can keep taking care of it: maintenance, fixes and enhancements. Major enhancements move forward in project loops; maintenance and everyday small enhancements fall under our VTS OS offer.

Who owns the code VTS develops?

You do: you own the code developed for your project, under the terms agreed in the contract. It’s delivered in your own code repositories, with its documentation.

Let’s talk about your project.

Thirty minutes to understand what you need, and make sure we’re the right team.
